Synhouse Factory Direct is ready to accept orders online via internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Internet order payments can be made with MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. When ordering, please include your daytime telephone number and e-mail address to allow contact if there should be any concerns regarding your order. Free shipping (excluding Russia) is for MIDIJACK orders only, not other products.
If customers do not have internet access or credit cards available at the time of order, fax lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and orders may be mailed to Synhouse directly, accompanied by a signed credit card authorization, money order, cashier's check, personal check, company check, or international money order in US dollars. If you are ordering a product from the MIDIJACK series, be sure to specify the make and model of synthesizer in which it will be installed.
There is no additional charge for off-line order processing at this time, but it is discouraged and may cause orders to be delayed up to 10 days.
